Gurpreet who has dementia lives with her husband, Jasbir. Gurpreet’s condition deteriorates. Jasbir decides to make an appointment with the doctor without Gurpreet to discuss her medical condition and to make a decision regarding her medication. Jasbir discusses the issue with Gurpreet’s sister as well, who asks her what she thinks Gurpreet would have decided before she was diagnosed with dementia. Jasbir talks to the doctor and tries to imagine what Gurpreet would have decided if given all the information.
